Idlib refugees
who migrated to areas close to the Turkish border due to the civil war have
surrendered to floods due to heavy rains.
The harsh
winter conditions in Syria have affected civilians who have become refugees in
their own country. The camps have been covered in mud due to the rain that has
increased its effect in the last week. Relief activities cannot be carried out
due to the roads returning to the swamp.
There's no firewood or coal to warm in
the camps which the air temperature drops to below zero at night. Because their
tents are flooded, they urgently need sponge beds, blankets, and carpets.
Especially children need the help of boots, boots, and winter clothing. Since
sewage is mixed with floodwaters, diseases are also circulating in the camps.
