Food aid was provided to 1,000 orphan families who emigrated to azez and al-Bab due to the conflicts in Eastern Ghouta, Idlib and Damascus.
Due to the conflict in Syria Damascus, Eastern Ghouta and Idlib regions, there is a great migration to al-Bab and Azez regions. Our association continues its humanitarian works in the region without a break in the face of migration and humanitarian plight.
Distribution of food parcels consisting of tea, oil, bulgur, rice, pasta, lentils, salt, jam, soup, olives, flour, sugar, semolina, and dessert was carried out by the Association to 1,000 orphan families living in many regions of al-Bab and Azez in Syria.
Food aid for 3,000 families
Continuing the immediate relief works in Syria, which is having a hard times, our association distributed breakfast and food parcels to about 3,000 families last week in the first phase of its relief works after Ramadan.
Fatih Bolcan, Secretary-General of Sadakatasi Association, made a statement that ''we have been working on humanitarian aid in Syria since the beginning of the civil war. In many regions of al-Bab and Azez, we have distributed rations to meet the need for food for one month for 1,000 orphan families that we have previously identified as associations. In the coming days, we will continue our relief works to meet all the needs of our Syrian brothers and sisters.''
