Turkish NGO and fan groups continue to deliver aid to Yemen, which has experienced epidemics, famine and civil war.

Fetihder and Bursaspor fans distributed food and hygiene packages to thousands of needy families in Yemen under the coordination of our emergency aid team.

Since the civil war began in Yemen in 2015, the total loss of life has exceeded 30,000. Attacks on hospitals, schools, and infrastructure facilities have become common. Epidemics are increasing in Yemen which are experiencing a crisis in many issues especially health due to the lack of access to clean water, malnutrition, shortages in medicines and medical supplies every day. In the country, 22 million people, who constitute 75 percent of the population, live in need of humanitarian assistance and protection.

Fetihder and Bursaspor fans who carried out relief work to the region, distributed food packages consisting of flour, sugar, rice, milk powder, canned and bread and hygiene packages for hundreds of needy families living in Aden, Marib, Sana'a countryside, and El Hudeyde.

Fetihder chairman Yilmaz Bulat made a statement that ''Yemen is experiencing human plight. In order to be their side during these difficult times experienced by our brothers, we as Bursa public, deliver aid to the region in order to alleviate their suffering. In the coming days, we will continue to deliver food, water and hygiene packages to Yemen.''
