Mobile Bakery Project

Hundreds of bakery have been bombed in Syria since the civil war began. Therefore, Oppressed Syrian people suffer in finding pieces of bread. Thousands of people wait for bread for hours, but most of them return without getting it.

our association started out mobile bakery project with university students to solve this problem and stand by Syrian people on February 15, 2013.

What is Mobile Bakery?

Mobile Bakery: a fully automated bread-producing bakery mounted on a trailer, containing all the equipment needed for bread production.

Mobile Bakery: can produce bread in motion or neutral

Mobile Bakery: arrives in needed regions expeditiously and produces in every desired area

Mobile Bakery: operates efficiently with only two people and produces 25.000 pieces of bread per day

Mobile Bakery: with a generator in the trailer. the required energy for production is supplied from the generator

 

Produced bread is lavash(pita) bread consumed in Middle Eastern countries.
